All returns are refunded for the full purchase price less shipping and handling. Because jewelry is precious and valuable, returns must be in their original condition in order to be refunded at full price. All returns are subject to the approval of GemEnvy.com.
At checkout, three UPS shipping options are available: next day, two-day, and standard ground service. Orders placed before 4pm EST Monday through Friday are shipped on the day of purchase; orders placed Saturday or Sunday are shipped on the following Monday. A purchase confirmation email is sent after a purchase is made and a separate email with a tracking number is sent when the item is shipped.
